PEACEFUL PRANA THERAPY
PORTLAND, OREGON AND FORT LAUDERDALE THERAPIST
"If I am not for myself, who will be for me?
If I am only for myself, what am I?”
Your deepest pain can guide you home to yourself.
You might’ve landed here because you’re ready to create change in your life. You don’t know what’s on the other side of this pain but you know there has to be another way to live.

I believe that the answers are already within you, it's moving through the pain that disconnects you from yourself so that you can live a heart-centered life.

A life where you’re honest with yourself so that you trust your intuition, live in your truth and open your heart. You hold space for the full range of your emotions and experiences as you believe you’ll gain strength and evolve from it all. You feel connected to yourself and all of the life around you-plants, flowers, water, people-you feel the pulse of life.

Through collaboration, connection and exploration we’ll find what works for your system to unlearn subconscious patterns, develop new ways of thinking and connect with the wisdom of your body.

You’re open to new levels of awareness as this creates continual growth. Awareness offers choice, it creates the path to change. Awareness shifts form.

If you can listen to what feels right to you as you explore my website...
...allow your intuition to guide you in this process.
I’m grateful to be on this path with you as I move through my own mental, emotional, and spiritual evolution in this human experience.

Throughout the website, I've shared photos of the natural world that I've taken from my travels, near and far, that connected me to the energy of the Earth. The power of this energy is my guide—I feel rooted in stability, truth, and harmony, which I believe we can all tap into as it's our true nature.

Peaceful Prana was created out of the beautiful Sanskrit word, Prana, which has various interpretations in English such as “life force energy”, “vital energy”, and “air or breath of life”.

Prana is the life force that’s present in everything around us. From Sanskrit, "pra" meaning to “bring forth” and "na", meaning “to breathe” or “movement”, so it’s translated to “breathing forth” or “moving forth” as it relates to the idea that our energy is dynamic. You can imagine the constant ebb and flow of your breathe as it reflects the continuous flow and movement of life.

Prana is the energy that powers your system, so when you bring forth this energy—then you can be in flow with life. The quality of your prana can shift and improve through connection to yourself and the world around you. Through physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual practices you can align with this energy to create peace—to trust the flow.
